We are a global network of coaches, analysts and sports scientists with two things in common – love for the game and the highest standards of quality.
L4 team is the embodiment of its motto “virtus et excellentia“.
Virtus (virtue) is derived from Latin word vir, -i, m. meaning HERO. Some of our coaches are indeed heroes – FIFA World Cup winners for their country and multiple top-level champions with their teams. And all of us conduct ourselves driven by high moral and performance standards. Hence the Excellentia (excellence). We take utmost pride in our work and make no compromises. Players see that from the moment they arrive at the training facility and they adopt our honest and direct approach. Such environment is the most conducive to improvement, to which we dedicate all our energy.
